Affidavit of service and evidence of service on the private respondents, which is being refused, is taken on record.

Counsel for the State on instruction submits that the order of the Executive Magistrate dated 4th January 2019 shall be carried out by them as and when the petitioner is available at the site.

In these circumstances, the petitioner shall make himself available at the locale on 19th November 2022 at about 11 am when the concerned officials shall take steps as already directed in the order dated 4th January 2019. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
