Counsel for the petitioner submits that all due assistance to the writ petitioner was rendered by the Muchipara Police Station.

Report in the form of instructions of the Officerin-charge, Muchipara Police Station dated 14th March, 2022 addressed to the State Advocate confirms the above submissions. The same is taken on record. In that view of the matter, the Officer-in-charge, Muchipara Police Station is directed to take all necessary steps in accordance with law specially under the Mental Health Act, 2017 and any other allied legislation.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
