Datta and Mr. Santanu Deb Roy who appeared for the State in this case on 16.04.2024.

It further appears that a clerical error has occurred in the said order being that the only petitioner before the Court was accused Subhendu Sarkar. It is clarified that the proceeding arising out of Bakultala P.S. Case No. 07/2020 dated 05.01.2020 has been quashed only in respect of the petitioner Subhendu Sarkar.

The order dated 24.04.2024 be accordingly modified as follows:

That the last line of para 10 be read as "is hereby quashed in respect of the petitioner Subhendu Sarkar" instead of "the petitioners".

The proceeding in the present case shall proceed in respect of accused Ranjit Kumar Das, in accordance with law.

This order be read along with the order dated 24.04.2024. Rest of the order remains unchanged. (Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
