The petitioner seeks to withdraw the revisional applications on the ground that the opposite parties had already complied with their undertaking in the settlement and had withdrawn the suit filed under Order 23 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The order dated April 15, 2024, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court at Asansol is placed before the Court. Let the order be taken on record. Under such circumstances, nothing remains to be decided in the revisional applications as the suit does not remain. The orders impugned before this court have died a natural death.

Accordingly, the revisional applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
