Opposite Party has entered appearance and the learned advocate representing the opposite party, Mr. Ajay Ray, submits that he has no objection to the grant of an order of transfer of the Matrimonial Suit No. 1129 of 2020 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court, Barrackpore, North 24 -Parganas to the court of the learned Additional District Judge, Sealdah, South 24 -Parganas.

By consent of both the parties, let the Matrimonial Suit No. 1129 of 2020 be withdrawn from the court of the learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court,

Barrackpore, North 24 -Parganas, and be transferred to the court of the learned Additional District Judge, Sealdah, South 24 -Parganas.

On receipt of the aforesaid Matrimonial Suit, learned Court at Sealdah is requested to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court, Barrackpore, North 24 -Parganas and the learned Additional District Judge, Sealdah, South 24 -Parganas for taking necessary steps in terms of the above. With the above directions, CO 390 of 2021 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on ususal undertakings.
