Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that his client would not like to press this application and would instead take up all the points before the learned Trial Court at an appropriate stage. He further prays for an expeditious disposal of the proceeding. On the prayer of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed. However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioner in raising all the points taken up in this application before the learned Trial Court at an appropriate stage.

Since the matter is pending for quite long, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the proceeding as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
