Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the parties that an order has been passed by the alleged contemnors pursuant to the direction passed by this Court.

If the same gives rise to a fresh cause of action, the petitioners shall be at liberty to take appropriate action. However, no further order need be passed in this regard.

Accordingly, the application being CPAN 350 of 2025 is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
