It is seen that there is a typographical error in the order dated 20th August, 2025.
On perusal of the order dated 20th August, 2025 it is revealed that in the cause title instead of "WPA 400 of 2012" it should be read as "WPA 4000 of 2012." The other portion of the order dated 20th August, 2025 shall remain the same.
