(Through Video Conference) The appellants are not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellants. In spite of several opportunities being given to the appellants to remove the defect, a report of the Assistant Registrar, S.R. Section shows that the defect as pointed out in the report of the Additional Stamp Reporter dated 30th September, 2005 has not yet been removed. Earlier a Coordinate Bench passed a peremptory direction on 24th September, 2021 for removal of the defect within one week after reopening of this Court following Puja Vacation.

In view of the aforesaid, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 24th September, 2021. (Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.)
