Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the status quo order being passed in Misc. Appeal No.19 of 2023, thereby directing that both the parties would maintain status quo with regard to nature, character and possession of the suit property till disposal of the suit, the private respondents have been flouting and/or violating the said order and in spite of informing the police authorities, no assistance have been rendered.

Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes such contentions and submits that the version of the petitioners is distorted and the

representation to the police authorities is without any foundation.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that appropriate steps have been taken by the police authorities and strict vigil is being maintained to ensure that the civil court's order is not violated.

Petitioners have drawn the attention of the Court to the directions passed upon the Officer-inCharge, Hasnabad Police Station in connection with Title Suit No.84 of 2023.

Be that as it may, the police authorities are directed to respect and obey the order passed by the civil court and ensure that in case there are any deviations either they would take steps in accordance with law or they would bring it to the notice of the civil court which is already in seisin of the matter. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4606 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
