After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents, W.P.A.4329 of 2022 may be disposed of with a direction on respondent no.2 being the Inspector General of Registration, Government of West Bengal to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within 10 days from today considering the fact that the petitioner's representation was forwarded to the Joint Secretary, Department of Law (Judicial), Government of West Bengal sometime in March, 2022. The petitioner and the private respondent shall be heard by the competent authority and a reasoned order shall be passed on the representation within an outer limit of three weeks from today and the same shall be made available to the petitioner within one week from the date of such order is passed.

W.P.A.4329 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
