2) In spite of service copy of the order under contempt no steps can be seen to have been taken by the alleged contemnors towards compliance thereof.

3) Considering that let the petitioner be directed to serve copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnors and file affidavit of service on the next date of hearing.
