The grievances of the petitioner pertains to enhancement of compensation.

Mr. De appearing on behalf of the State respondents submits that the writ petition is not maintainable and that there is no scope of even consideration of the representation of the petitioner.

I am of the view that in view of the decision reported in AIR 2020 SC 1496, there is no scope to entertain this writ petition.

Hence, WPA 3501 of 2018 is dismissed as infructuous.
