...for the petitioners This revisional application has been filed for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 6 of 1999 along with pending application for amendment of the plaint.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioners that the hearing of the application for amendment has been concluded but no order has yet been passed. It is further submitted that although the suit has been filed in 1999, no preliminary decree has yet been passed. Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of without going into the merits of the case of the petitioners, but with a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Basirhat to dispose of the Title Suit NO. 6 of 1999 along with the pending interlocutory applications as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed. It is made clear that the time limit fixed herein is mandatory and the parties shall not be given any unnecessary adjournments and the learned Court below shall proceed independently and in accordance with law. The learned Advocate on record for the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon the opposite parties as also their learned Advocates appearing in the learned Court below along

with a server copy of this order immediately. The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis.
