The petitioner and the respondent no.11 seek mutual transfer from Purba Bardhaman District to Paschim Bardhaman District.

This Court is of the view that subject to ascertaining the willingness of the respondent no.11 and complying with any other formalities, the West Bengal Board of Primary Education may take a suitable decision in the matter offline within a period of one month from date, as per applicable rules. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
