By this writ petition petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the respondent adjudicating authority concerned to conclude the pending proceeding in question expeditiously and considering such prayer, this writ petition being WPA 4693 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent adjudicating authority concerned to finally conclude the pending adjudication proceeding and pass final order in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.
