1. The petitioner had applied to this Hon'ble Court for regularization of the period while he was in custody and release of arrear dues which was directed to be considered by the Board by an order dated 26.09.2024, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court.

2. Pursuant to such order as afore-stated, the Board by its order dated 29.10.2024, has passed a reasoned order holding that the petitioner is indeed entitled to regularization for the afore-stated period and is also entitled to the arrear dues.

3. In spite of such order, the concerned District Inspector of Schools (respondent no. 5) has not taken any steps to release the dues or regularize the service of the petitioner for that truncated period.

4. It appears from the communication of the concerned D.I. dated 09.04.2026; a copy whereof is taken on record, that the said respondent will take all necessary steps and complete the formalities within a short period of time.

5. In view of the afore-stated communication, respondent no. 5 is directed to complete the entire

P a g e | 2 process of regularization and release the arrear dues in strict consonance with the order dated 29.10.2024 of the Board, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order to him by the petitioner.

6. With the afore-stated directions, the writ-petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
