Mr. Bhagbat Choudhury, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submits that against the impugned order, appeal lies and as such, the revisional application is not maintainable and as such, the petitioners want to withdraw the revisional application.

In view of the above, CO 543 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Leave is granted to the petitioners to take back the original certified copy of the impugned order upon furnishing the photostat copy of the same.
