This is the sixth time that the petitioner No.1 has applied for bail and second time so far as the petitioner No.2 is concerned. All their previous applications failed.

The charge is of dacoity and attempt to murder. There are several co-accused persons. The last rejection of the prayer of the petitioner No.1 for bail was on November 20, 2020 in CRM 8872 of 2020. The last rejection of the prayer for bail of the petitioner No.2 was on December 10, 2020 in CRM10127 of 2020. There has been no apparent change of circumstance since then. We are not inclined to allow the present application.

However, we notice that earlier orders have been passed by this Court for expediting the trial. We again request the Trial Court to conclude the trial as soon as possible and preferably within a period of nine months from date.

CRM 1982 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.
