The finding of the learned Chief Judge, City Sessions Court, Calcutta is in accordance with law. Thus, no interference is called for.

Petitioner being the complainant is aggrieved by an order of acquittal in a proceeding under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Petitioner would be at liberty to file Special Leave to Appeal under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the court having determination.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 736 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner would be at liberty to take back the certified copy from the department by replacing the same with photostat copy.
