The main grievance of the petitioner is that the Block Development Officer, Kaliachak Block III has not concluded the proceedings pursuant to the notice dated 09.01.2023.

Shri De, learned counsel for the State fairly submits that this petition may be disposed of by directing the said authority to conclude the proceedings after hearing the petitioner, if not already concluded.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the innocuous suggestion.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.6 to conclude the hearing pursuant to Annexure P-5 dated 09.01.2023 (if not already concluded) by giving
opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. If it is already concluded, the final order be communicated to the petitioner within 30 days from the date of communication of this order. ( Sujoy Paul, J. ) ( Smita Das De, J.)
