The petitioner was appointed as a Computer Teacher at Parulia K.K. High School (H.S.), District : Purba Burdwan.

The representation of the petitioner seeking general transfer is pending before the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), District : Purba Burdwan, the respondent no.7 herein.

The petitioner is praying consideration of his said representation.

Mr. Ahmed, learned Advocate for the State respondents submits that since January, 2021, the petitioner is not attending the school for which, the school authority has stopped his salary.

The absence of the petitioner is detrimental to the interest of the students of the school. The writ petition is completely silent

about the said fact, the conduct of the petitioner is not at all bona fide, as such his pending representation does not deserve any consideration.

On the contrary, the school authority, within a week from date, shall take up the proposal for the initiation of appropriate disciplinary proceeding against the petitioner with the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.
