The petitioner applied for mutual transfer within the district of Purba Bardhaman.

In those circumstances, the DPSC, Purba Bardhaman shall dispose of the petitioner's application for mutual transfer in terms of the applicable rules, within a period of 6 weeks from date. 3.

Let the aforesaid process be conducted by the parties offline.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
