It appears that the instant revisional application is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned judgement and order dated 12th December, 2007 passed by the 1st Appellate Court in connection with Misc. Appeal No.12 of 2007. It further appears that the instant revisional application is pending since 2008. So, it can be reasonably presumed that the petitioners have lost interest to proceed with the case and as such there is no justification to keep this revisional application alive in this list.

Accordingly, CO of is hereby dismissed for default Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
