Mr. Debabrata Karan, Mr. Arun Khutia, Mr. Debopriyo Karan ....for the petitioner Mr. Sudipto Panda, Ms. Munmun Tewary ...for the State Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra, Ms. Supriya Dubey ...for the WBCSSC The District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Howrah, has filed the report, addressed to the State Advocate, dated August 28, 2022. Indeed, the submission of the petitioner that the employer and employee shares of CPF amounting to Rs. 9,24,584/- was not received by the petitioner appears corroborated. It is submitted that the adjustment within the office of the concerned D.I. of Schools was not possible due to technical issues.

Since the Government share of the petitioner's CPF with interest of Rs. 4,54,390/-, is, in fact, lying with the Uluberia Treasury. The

treasury shall immediately credit a sum of Rs. 4,54,930.05/- and the same shall be adjusted towards refund of the Government share of the CPF. The treasury shall immediately therefore communicate the same to the D.I. of Schools (H.S.), Howrah and the DPPG and also to the school. The PPO of the petitioner shall be issued within a period of 45 days from date.

The D.I. of Schools shall forward all necessary papers to the DPPG for processing the same. The petitioner shall cooperate and filling up all forms for the purpose of receipt of pension and process the same.

The HOI, Kharia Moynapur High School, Howrah, shall process all necessary pension papers based on a copy of this order and call the petitioner to execute any documents immediately.

All the aforesaid authorities shall bear in mind the time stipulated hereinabove and strictly ensure compliance thereof.

The employee's share of CPF shall be released to the petitioner immediately upon receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ application shall stand disposed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
