Petitioner has approached this court in respect of accusations against bank officers. Records itself reflect that the petitioner is an admitted defaulter.

Having considered that the Debt Recovery Tribunal has also confirmed the sale proceedings in respect of the property, at this stage I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
