Mr. Tirthankar Basu, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, during the interregnum the annual Puja Vacation in this Court had intervened and such period shall have to be excluded.

Ms. Riti Das, learned advocate led by Mr. Sanjib Das, learned advocate appearing for the State. Sufficient cause being made out and in view of the explanation recorded above and also for the ends of justice the writ petition stands restored to its original file with number. The order dated October 12, 2023 stands recalled.
