The report submitted by the Inspector-in-charge of Rajganj Police Station, Jalpaiguri dated 26th April, 2024 stated that the appellants have expired 4/5 years ago supported by a death certificate issued by the Shikarpur Gram Panchayat be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant criminal appeal gets abated and, accordingly, disposed of.
