Heard both the parties.

In this matter the petitioner seeks the remedy of availing the benefit of scheme under Sabka Viswas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme 2019 which was rejected by the respondent concerned on 6th December, 2019 while this writ petition has been filed on 18th February, 2021.

I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition for the reason that the scheme has lost its force and it is no more alive, and secondly because of the inordinate delay in approaching the writ Court and the explanation for approaching this writ court because of Covid 19 pandemic is not satisfactory. Accordingly, this writ petition, being WPA 5217 of 2021 is dismissed. However, dismissal of the writ

petition will not prevent the petitioner from making any representation for redressal of his grievance raised in this writ petition before the authority concerned who will consider the same in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the applicant upon compliance of requisite formalities.
