The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the D.M. for passing a second order under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. Counsel submits that the possession of the immovable property is due to be taken up by 15th March, 2023.

The petitioners have already filed an application before the DRT in February, 2023 for urgent relief. The petitioners are hence directed to take all points which the petitioners seek to urge before this Court before the DRT and take appropriate steps for urgent relief. WPA 4518 of 2023 is disposed of in terms of the above.
