Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that one co-accused was granted anticipatory bail by this Court while the other co-accused were granted bail by the jurisdictional court. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the witness recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code and to the seizure list. In response to a query of the Court, learned advocate for the State submits that the police filed charge-sheet. Considering the fact that the police filed charge-sheet and considering the fact that two other co-accused are either on bail or anticipatory bail, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.

regular bail within four weeks from date and on further conditions the petitioner shall appear before the court below on every date fixed for hearing.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.
