1. Petitioner complains that opposite party had been granted anticipatory bail on the assurance that he would marry the petitioner. But he has not done so. Anticipatory bail was granted by the learned session's judge.

2. Issue raised before us relates to non-compliance of condition of bail.

3. Petitioner is given liberty to agitate such issue before the learned sessions judge in accordance with law.

4. In the event application for cancellation of bail is filed before the sessions judge, the latter shall consider the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. With this observation, application for cancellation of bail is disposed of.
