Pursuant to the direction passed by this Court on December 24, 2021 in WPA 20958 of 2021 (Banalata Samadder & Ors. v. State of West Bengal & Ors.) the petitioners have already applied before the online portal opened by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education for redressal of their grievances.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be decided in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

The Board shall take necessary steps for redressal of the grievances of the candidates who applied in response to the notice published by the Board on 31st December, 2021.
