1. The order dated 08.04.2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the second line of the second paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "Paschim Medinipur District" shall stand corrected and be read as "Jhargram District."

3. Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 08.04.2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 08.04.2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Leave is granted to the petitioner to include the DPSC, Jhargram as a party respondent to the instant proceeding.

6. All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
