Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that charges have already been famed, witness action is to commence on the next date. Having considered the stage of the case and the quantum of seizure, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

However, the petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the seizure list witnesses is over. Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 384 of 2026 is dismissed.
