The grievance of the petitioner is directed against inaction on the part of the State respondents in taking steps for removal of alleged illegal construction by the respondent no.7.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding having been made a representation and complaint with the respondent no.2, no steps have been taken by the said respondent in considering the representation and complaint of the petitioner. Mr. Dhar appearing on behalf of the State respondents submits that he has no objection if appropriate directions are passed on the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

In view of the submissions of the parties, WPA 3532 of 2019 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from date

after giving a right of hearing to all the parties including the private respondent.

It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case and the respondent no.4 is not to be influenced by any observation made in this order. Since no Affidavit has been used in this application, the allegations made in this petition are not admitted.
