1. This is an application for restoration of WPCT 43 of MONDAY Court : 08 Item : DL-13 Matter : WPCT Status : RESTORED Bench ID : 266305 Transcriber : NANDY 2012 which was dismissed for default by and order dated 11.07.2024.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that a copy of the restoration application has been duly served upon the respondents. The respondent - BSNL Authorities are represented.

3. Upon perusal of the reasons given for the nonappearance or non-representation of the petitioner before this Court on 11.07.2024, it appears that the reasons are sufficient and adequate.

4. Being satisfied with the same, the application for restoration being CAN 1 of 2024 is allowed.

5. WPCT 43 of 2012 is, therefore, restored to its original file and number.
