The writ petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Digha Mohana Coastal Police Station, Purba Medinipur.

It appears that FIR No. 5 of 2023 dated 16.01.2023 has been registered under Section 384 of the IPC. The report also indicates that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature. Let the investigation be completed and final report be submitted before the Jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of two months from date. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of.
