The present writ petition has been preferred inter alia praying for expeditious disposal of the original application being O. A. No. 636 of 2022.

We have been informed by the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties that the parties have exchanged their pleadings before the learned Tribunal and the next date of hearing has been fixed on 14th May, 2024.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the learned Tribunal to dispose of the original application on the returnable date or preferably within a period of two months thereafter, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. There shall, however, no order as to costs.
