The petitioner appears in person and alleges about the office of the 4th Judicial Magistrate at Barrackpore, who, according to him, has failed to provide him the certified copies of some documents from the record of G. R. Case No.6127 of 2016.

It appears that the petitioner is unable to substantiate his prayer with the specific facts, documents and dates regarding the application for the certified copy. I do not find any merit in his prayer. The revisional application is, thus, dismissed.

I find that the State has not been served with the copy of the revisional application. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I find that the same may not be necessary.
