The petitioner renews his prayer for bail. His prayer was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench by an order dated November 25, 2020 passed in CRM 7953 of 2020. There is no material change in circumstance since the last rejection of the petitioner's prayer. Further, we have also considered the statements of the eye-witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

We are of the view that the petitioner's prayer cannot be acceded to at this stage.

Accordingly, CRM 1989 of 2021 is dismissed.
