Bose.............for the State The learned District Judge, Hooghly has forwarded the report of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandernagore, Hooghly dated 21.7.2023 which stated that the case being GR 284A/2006 arising out of Chandernagar PS Case no. 77/2006 dated 27.9.2006 under Sections 498A/406 of IPC has been disposed of and the present petitioners have been acquitted. The said report be kept with the record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.
