Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 20th March, 2023, by which Mr. Ghosh, appearing for the WBGST authority was asked to take instruction with regard to the revenue due which is required to be paid by the petitioner for restoration of his registration, Mr. Ghosh, on the basis of instruction submits that the total amount which is required to be paid by the petitioner for restoration of its registration is amounting to Rs.4,20,000/-.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready and willing to pay the aforesaid amount of revenue due.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 4527 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent

authority concerned to restore the registration of the petitioner and open the portal for a period of 15 days to enable the petitioner to make the payment of the aforesaid due. In case of default in making the payment within the time stipulated herein, this order will have no force and the respondent authority concerned will be free to again close the portal and order of cancellation of the petitioner's registration will revive.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA 4527 of 2023 stands disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
