We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioners and co-accused changed the chassis number and engine number of the vehicle which has been let out by the de facto complainant company on a hire purchase agreement. Vehicle has not been recovered. Custodial interrogation for progress of investigation is necessary. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
