Mr. Mukherjee, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that there are some technical defects in the writ petition for which he prays leave to withdraw it with liberty to file afresh. He files written instruction of his client to the said effect; let it be kept with the record.

In view of such stand of the petitioner, WPA 4642 of 2025 and the application being CAN 1 of 2025 thereto are dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh a writ petition on the selfsame cause of action.
