I find from the records of the case that the case is under Section 34/302/201/364 of the IPC and the order which has been challenged is of the year 2015. Mr. Anowar Hossain, Ld. Advocate for the State, is directed to represent the State in this matter. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority. Having regard to the nature and gravity of the offence and the revisional application not being persuaded before this Court, I am of the view that further pendency of the present revisional application before this Court is not warranted.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 688 of 2023 is dismissed.
