Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Considering the fact that the persons similarly situated as that of the petitioners were denied anticipatory bail in CRM (A) 415 of 2022 on February 8, 2022 and considering the fact that the petitioner is still absconding and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 1210 of 2022, is rejected.
