Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State and submits a report. The report is enclosed along with the judgement delivered by the learned trial court. Let it be kept with the record. The learned trial court on conclusion of trial acquitted all the accused persons. The present revisional application was challenged by one Sk. Mosibur Rahaman in respect of the chargesheet filed in connection with Uluberia P. S. Case No. 184 of 2005 dated 02.05.2005.

Having regard to the fact that the present petitioner was also acquitted of the charges, I am of the opinion that the revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 536 of 2009 is dismissed as infructuous.
