Petitioner has raised certain grievances and addressed a letter to the administration which includes the Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman Police District and the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Katwa Sub-Division, Purba Bardhaman. The said representation is dated 21.02.2025.

Without going into the merits of the case as the said representations have been sent very recently, I grant liberty to the respondent no. 3 to consider the representation within a period of 6 weeks and communicate the outcome to the injured within a period of 15 days thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 4661 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
