In the 6th line of the 2nd paragraph in 1st page of the said order it has been recorded as '14th October, 2022' instead of '14th July, 2022'.

In the last line of the 2nd paragraph in page 1 a corresponding mistake has also gone down as 14th October, 2022 was the date of filing of appeal by the writ petitioner but '14th July, 2022' is the date of passing of the order by the Controlling Authority. Let the words

'date of filing of the appeal by the writ petitioner' be replaced as by the words 'the date of the order of the Controlling Authority'.

In the 2nd paragraph under serial 1 let it be incorporated as 'the respondent no.1 shall be, however, entitled to approach the Appellate Authority for adjudication of the issue of any compound interest to be payable by the writ petitioner to the said respondent no.1 from the date of passing of the order of the Controlling Authority in accordance with the provisions of the 1972 Act.

Let these corrections and/or incorporations be made to the order dated 25th April, 2024.
